Hamburg is a city with a rich Jewish history and a promising future. In order to secure this future, the Jüdische Gemeinde Hamburg, together with Lauder Yeshurun, founded the Jüdisches Leben project. The project offers a wide range of exciting programs, all of which are intended to strengthen identification with Judaism and Jewish continuity. Since its inception, a whole array of programs, particulary designed for students, youth and young famillies, have proven very popular.
