The Lauder Yeshurun Kashrut department was established in 2008 with the purpose of providing kosher catering facilities for Jews in Berlin and also to be a resource for those wanting to know what is kosher and what is not.
After our first few months, we have already investigated the kosher status of many products and are in the process of checking out more. Through the dissemination of information about kosher products and providing services to enable Kosher food production and catering we aspire to enhance the quality of Jewish life as a whole in Germany and bring people together in building a meaningful and vibrant society.
